Surprise Yourself By Doing This

Has this ever happened to you, when you're trying to convince someone to do it, and they tell “No, I don't like that”. You ask them if they've tried it before and they admit that they've never tried it, but just don't want to try it because they don't know what it'll be like. 

This is how a lot of us look at healthy food, believe it or not. The truth is that eating healthy does requires doing something new, and slightly uncomfortable- but there is never growth without discomfort. We need to slightly push ourselves to live that life we truly deserve. 
The foods that we eat now and have been for years, were at one point new to us as well. It's possible to break old habits- but we need to try by slowly adding thing in. 

However, if there's specific foods you absolutely can't stand the taste or texture of, don't force yourself. Just make sure to fill your diet with a balance of healthy carbs, protein, greens and fruits.
