Is Dessert A Diet Killer or Motivator?

Almost always when people start a diet, they are frequently asked about how much they miss a certain food, as this will be the biggest reason they could fail. In order for a diet to actually work and have an effect , it needs to be done consistently.

The amount of time it took to gain your weight will indicate how long it will take to lose it. However, don't worry- a few months of consistency should make massive shifts in your life.
A way to commit to your diet might be to encourage yourself to take a break periodically. A it the time of reading this, if you have the tendency to eat unhealthy snacks or foods every day, that will be the biggest challenge to your journey.
The automatic habits you have mean you have to be consciously aware of this at all times, and find something to replace it.

Fruits are amazing because they are sweet, flavorful and hydrating. Raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and strawberries are our go-to because they are very easy to eat in bunches (much like chips or popcorn). If it's still too bland in the beginning, try putting condensed milk or chocolate hazelnut spread on them to start, then slowly cut that down too by focusing on the freshness and flavor of the fruits themselves.
